The Wedding

Ashley and Sam were married and sealed in The Gila Valley Temple on June 18th 2010.
There was a slight delay... Sam had not been informed that he needed a "living endowment recommend" so that put the temple presidency: President Woods into track down the Bishop to issue this, well where's the Bishop? He's not answering his cell phone...(he was out on his ranch on a horse in the middle of nowhere)To add to this drama; Sam has moved, his membership was sent from the Safford 2nd ward to the Safford singles Branch, this branch has been reorganized and his new Branch president doesn't know him???? Ugh:(
To make a long story short...Everything works out and the marriage and sealing are performed at Noon instead of 11am.We had two receptions for them, one in Central that same evening and another garden Reception in Bishop & Vicky Palmers backyard Saturday evening. We had so many family and friends show love and well wishes, thanks to all who made this time special for them.
It was such a wonderful day and the spirit was so strong with a love that is just as strong! We love Sam and Ashley and are so proud of the choices they made and the Gila Valley Temple is sooo beautiful. More pictures to come!!!
